School Prefects

okay.. lets just say it all started a year ago. i was a prefect myself. not a good one as i recalled. XD
we were in the month of training juniors. Juniors as in taking over our jobs after our 'retirement' which is at the end of the year. There's the part where we will have to choose all the 'board of prefects' which all of you must know includes the head prefect, assistant prefect and the fellow comittees (AJK) as well as the sercretary and the treasurers. Well this is kind of like a fairy-tale story but this story did not end up a "happy ending". Just wondering what does a 'board of prefects' play a role in the prefects community. Well what i think is that they control the normal prefects under them by guiding and helping them through whatever troubles caused by 'troubled students'. Well somehow there is another special duty. They get to decide who the next 'board of prefects' will be. So that is how the new 'board of prefects' is formed each year. They are, let's say 'analyzed' , by their seniors. hmm.. The funny thing that this story goes is that it didn't follow the way it should be. Instead of the board of prefects doing the list it ended up with the teachers. Well the board of prefects in my year did their best in choosing and presented the final list to the teachers. But the new board of prefects didnt turn out the way in the list. I was kinda dissapointed in it.
hmm.. lets give her a name.. Sarah (not her real name but close) wasnt in that list but well she turn up in that list. WTF! And it gets worst as she was chosen as the head prefect instead of the person that we had already fixed. Is that fair? Well CERTAINLY NOT! I think that she was chosen by the teacher who is 'blind-folded'. Well it did impact in the prefects board. And the list that we had made was changed which eventually makes us think by other people that we no longer have the authority to choose the commitee members. so lets see how many problems which impacted the prefects(us btw).

1st
sarah was not in the list but was chosen as the head prefect which was unfair. And due to her attitude, it makes it worst.

2nd
the prefects that we fired was 'rehired'. So what's the point of us trying so hard to fire them?

3rd
another one.. lets see.. another name.. Sue (not that person name too) was elected as prefect on our very last week of working. She worked for a week and she got to be the AJK. it's totally unfair as the other prefects worked so hard for 5 months to earn that posts. btw i'm very sure its not her capability that makes her the AJK.

4th
the person we had chosen as head prefect was pulled down to AJK due to her 'old records'.. People do change don't they? everyone deserve a second chance. what i was irritated most is that she was pulled down just because of A COMPLAIN from well Sarah.

5th
senior prefects was scolded by Sarah. WE ARE HER SENIORS??!!?? What is her right to do so? although juniors are given the authority to 'tegur' us but not 'scold'. that''s two definitely diffrent things.

well.. jus want to let everyting out.. i apologies if IT DID OFFEND anyone but its a FACT.
